Care Team History Does Not Match Care Team Name
Problem Statement
Users report that when selecting a Care Team record and then viewing History, the list of Care Team Names does not match the record selected.
Cause
This behavior is expected.
GuidingCare displays Care Team history according to the Role, not the Care Team Name.
If the Care Staff has any inactive records with the same Role as the record selected, those inactive records will also appear in the history.
Solution
Understand that Care Team history shows based on Role, not Care Team Name.
Steps to Resolve

Log in to the GuidingCare application.

Search and access the member’s record.

Click on Member Info.

Navigate to Care Team.

Select the Care Team member in the list.

Click History to review the associated records (shown by Role).
Reference
-
Care Team history aligns with Role, not the specific Care Team Name.

Inactive records with the same Role will display in the history view.
