How do I reset my password in GuidingCare?
If you have forgotten your password or need to change it for security reasons, follow the steps below to reset your password and regain access to your account.
Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page
In your browser visit: https://chnw.guidingcare.com/Portal/Account/Login
Click on "Forgot your password?

Step 2: Enter your username and email
Make sure to enter the same username and email your account was registered with.
After entering your username and email, click "Submit".
Step 3: Check your email
You will receive an email from noreply@guidingcare.com containing a link to reset your password. Click on the link.

This link will expire after 30 minutes
Step 4: Create a new password
Follow the instructions to create a new password.

Step 5: Log in with new password

Troubleshooting:
- Didn't receive the email? If you haven't received the password reset email within 10-15 minutes, ensure you've entered the correct email address/username and check your spam/junk folder.
- Link expired? Password reset links are time sensitive. If the link has expired, please follow the steps above to request a new one.
- Still having trouble? If you continue to experience issues, please submit a ticket for further assistance.
