Exporting Multiple Notes to PDF

This article explains how to export multiple notes to PDF for a member using Guiding Care's "Save and Print Queue" feature. This is useful when gathering documentation on a member and multiple notes are necessary.


Step 1: Navigate to Notes

From the member's profile or the main navigation, select Notes.


Step 2: Enter the Date Range

Locate the date range filter fields and input your desired Start Date and End Date.


Example: To pull the last 6 months of notes, set the start date to 6 months prior to today's date and the end date to today.




Step 3: Search

Click the Search button to retrieve all notes within the selected date range.


Step 4: Select the Notes to Export

Review the results and check the box next to each note you want to include in the export.




IdeaNotesTip: If you want to select all notes returned, look for a "Select All" checkbox at the top of the list


Step 5: Add to Save and Print Queue

Once your desired notes are selected, click Save and Print Queue.

The notes will be compiled and queued for export. A downloadable PDF will become available in the member’s documents tab.
