Exporting Eligible Members Using LEAP Dashboard

How to use the LEAP Dashboard to filter and export a list of members with active assignments/eligibility by month and organization.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

    1. Log into the LEAP Dashboard.
    2. Open the CHN Operations Dashboard:
      • From the homepage, choose “chn operations dashboard v2.”

    1. Navigate to the Correct Tab:
      • Ensure you are on the first tab labeled “Panel Characteristics.”
    2. Set Your Filters:
      • Month/Year Filter: Select the desired period (e.g., 2025-05) to view members active during that time.
      • Organization Filter: Choose your organization name from the dropdown.
