New Enhancement: Adding a Manual OGI

We have made it faster and easier to add manual OGIs in Member Details > Care Plan > Team Care Plan > Care Plan Overview with the following enhancements:

1. The Add Manual OGI button now displays in Member Details > Care Plan > Team Care Plan > Care Plan Overview. Previously, the Add Manual OGI button was available only after searching for an OGI by selecting Add OGI, then entering three characters and searching, which displayed the Add Manual OGI button with any search results.
2. In the Add Manual OGI window, you can now press the down arrow on your keyboard when using the Condition, Opportunity, Goal Group, Goal, or Interventions fields to search, to immediately display favorited selections at the top of the list. Previously, at least three characters had to be entered for the favorite list to display.

These enhancements reduce the number of selections needed to access the Add Manual OGI window and to select a favorited OGI.

How It Works

1. In Member Details > Care Plan > Team Care Plan > Care Plan Overview, select the Add Manual OGI Button
2. The Add Manual OGI window displays.
   
3. In the Condition, Opportunity, Goal Group, Goal, Interventions fields, you can enter text to start a search or press the down arrow on your keyboard to display a list of your favorites at the top of the list
   

You can select the View OGI button to display the Opportunity, Goal, and Intervention details for the record selected. Then, you can use the Select button to pre-populate the Condition, Opportunity, Goal Group, Goal, and Interventions fields.
