Member Missing from Unassigned List – Assigned to Another Agency

The member is still actively assigned to another agency in NC Tracks, which overrides the assignment visibility in CHN.

Double-check if the member ID appears correctly on the BAF file shared with your agency.
Step 2: Validate Eligibility in NC Tracks
Log into NC Tracks or coordinate with your eligibility lead to confirm the current assignment status.
